Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. Within a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card within a year. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further the education. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, setting bigger targets each year. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in third place. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel's top body part to work out is her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The first step is warming up and then moves on to working out. Ariel will also make the most of her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
