Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is popular for her portrayal of Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island during the 1960s. She began acting in stage shows during the 1950s beginning by performing in Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. In the following years, she appeared in many Broadway productions before making it big on the national theatre area with Li'l abner's in the year 1957. In 1957, she released her debut music album entitled It's Time for Tina. Louise first made it to Hollywood in the role of Griselda Walden, in God's Small Acre, a film from 1957 that was a dramatic. This film became a big hit and Louise got the Golden Globe Award at the New Star of the Award category. When she was students in Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. In 1964, she signed to CBS and portrayed Ginger Grant. Louise Balfour continued to successfully play between Broadway and Hollywood acting as a sombre character against her famous image as the glamorous model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 as Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. In recent times, she has also become a renowned director for popular TV programs like Supernatural and The 100. She was born in Essex on the 28th of August, 1965. Her family relocated to Toronto when she was just three and she continued to live there throughout her childhood and adolescence. In 1997 after being selected for the role of Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has lived there since then.
