Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is well-known for her character Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island during the 1960s. In the 1950s, she started her acting career on stage for Bettle Davis' show Two's Company. She then acted in a number of Broadway productions, before becoming the most famous on stage alongside Li'l Abner in. She also released her first music album called It's time for Tina in the same year. Louise began her Hollywood career in the year 1958 as she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a dramatic film. The film was a massive success and Louise won an award called the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. During this time she joined the Actors Studio in New York and formed a connection with Lee Strasberg as his student. Louise joined CBS in 1964 as Ginger Grant. Louise kept juggling her career successfully with a variety of roles between Broadway as well as Hollywood acting in somber roles in contrast to the image she was portrayed as glamour-doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. Stargate: SG-1 Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. But, over the last few years she's made her distinction as a producer of numerous popular television shows like Supernatural as well as The 100. Her family moved out of Essex to Toronto which is where she spent her growing up and in adolescence. After being chosen in 1997 for the role of Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has lived there since then.
